- Reincarnation : The religious concept that your spirit is reborn in a new body after the biological death of our old body.
- Sila : Virtue, good conduct, morality. The principle of equality: that all living things are equal. The principle of reciprocity: treat others the same way you expect to be treated.
- Samadhi : Concentration, meditation, and mental development.
- Prajna : Discernment, insight, wisdom, enlightenment. Real heart of Buddhism, wisdom will emerge if your mind is pure and calm.
- Dukka : Suffering exists.
- Samudaya : There is a cause for suffering.
- Nirodha : There is an ending to suffering. (Suffering ceases with the final liberation of nirvana.)
- Magga : In order to end suffering you must follow the eightfold path.
- Do not kill.
- Do not steal.
- Do not lie.
- Adultery is forbidden.
- Do not use drugs, they cloud the mind.
